Restore Reset Reform

Mision

At the core of our program, we are committed to equipping future employees and students with specialized skills focused on mental wellness, education, and coaching for their success in the workplace. We strive to eliminate the stigma surrounding mental illness in academic and professional settings while encouraging individuals to embrace the process of restoration, resetting, and reforming. Through trauma informed mental health support, directive coaching and Industry access, we aspire to equip the next generation
with the tools to transform the workplace.

Vision

​To offer trauma informed mental health support, directive coaching, and industry access to individuals exposed to the criminal justice system so that through personal exploration, successful planning and removing barriers,
members will both thrive and transform the workplace and industry.

Program Highlights

  • Length: 12 weeks

  • Location: Separate Space (TBD)

  • Participate Max: 20 persons per cohort

  • Target: Individuals who have had some level of involvement with the criminal justice system that have experienced trauma with an expressed interest in personal and career development.

Incentives for Vocational Schools

  • Implement a competitive incentive structure to encourage vocational schools to participate in the scholarship program.

  • Offer rewards such as a chance to win a free semester of chips (or equivalent incentives) to schools that demonstrate the highest number of qualified applicants.

  • Foster partnerships with schools through ongoing support, resource sharing, and recognition of their contributions to the program's success.
